Tile table

The rubber 'grout' between the tiles on our kitchen table has pulled away from the wooden edge. What do I do? Pull it up and follow everyone's directions about grouting? I am new at all of this. Sincerely, ReBecca

Sounds like your talking caulk ,If so pull it out and recaulk.

How do I Seal my Cermic tile/gout?

I just purhcased a new home and had cermic tile installed in about 1200 square feet. The question I have is do I need to seal the grout? If so, what do I use? Do I just seal the grout with a little paint brush or do I use a roller and seal it all? Any advice would be appreciated!Read More

carpet adhesive on ceramic tile

I removed carpet from a bathroom. The padding remained stuck to the floor. I have scraped off the padding but I still have adhesive all over the ceramic tile. The tiles are small 1" squares and rectangles and they don't seem to be glossy like the wall tiles. I want to leave the tile as the finished product but don't know how to get the adhesive off. Is it possible to get the tile to look good or will I have to recover the floor with linoleum or something? Once I get the adhesive off will I need to do anything else to the tile (polish, seal, etc.)? This is my first house so I don't have much experience.Read More
