Pavers

I have a customer that would like me to install 12"x12" mexican pavers in three rooms of their house. These pavers have been sitting outside for over 2 years. Here in So. Cal; the weather has problably not been to harsh on these tiles but in the past when I have set these have noticed they are very porous and it takes extra care to set, seal and grout these so the job comes out nice.

Is there anything I should know before using these? Should I even use them at all?

Terra Cotta

What exactly will be wrong with these if I attempt to use them? They also are cement pavers. They have coarse sand particals running through the inside of them ( I have a broken piece ). They have a slightly textured ( like stone ) apperance and have a little white and black coloring on them ( wish they kept the boxes).
