laying ceramic tile on basement bathroom

Hi. just wanted some advice. I am finishing my basement, and the bathroom is roughed in. When it is finished with a sink and toilet, I want to lay ceramic tile in the bathroom directly on the concrete. The concrete is dry...I had some cardboard storage boxes directly on the concrete for a few weeks, and when I lift them up, there is no moisture. The concrete in the bathroom is flat, but not level. It has about a 1/8- 1/4in slope to the drain in the furnace room which will be next door to the bathroom. Am I missing something? or should I proceed with a thinset of mortar directly on the concrete without any problems? Thanks

How old is the floor? Are there any cracks? If so you may need an isolation menbrane.
