Tiling a Shower Stall

We have finally got our shower stall ready to start tiling. New backerboard and shower pan are in. What is the proper order to begin tiling? Ceiling, walls, floor, etc. There is no tub, just a rectangular stall, tiled on all sides, which will have a shower door. I have bullnose tiles to go around the door opening. I was thinking we should start with the threshold and sides of the door opening. Is this correct? We are using 6" tiles. Any advice would be appreciated!

The walls and ceiling are hardibacker and the floor is Sakrete sand mix.
