**tile Over Tile** ~or~ **replace Tile** ~or~ **paint Tile**
We are in the process of buying a new home; however, in this home there are pink (YES PINK!) tiles and grout in the foyer and kitchen floors. I believe the tiles are 4X4. We are trying to figure out which option would be best for us! We have found tiles that we would like to replace this with. Some are 4X4, some are stone and the others are a larger size.
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!
* Do we need to tile over tile? (Would this work being the tiles are not the same size?)
* Do we need to remove the tile? (What would be the best way to do this?)
* Do we need to just paint over the existing tile?
Thanks for your help!!!

you can do any or all of the obove .If cost is not really a factor then tear it all out and start over(best)You can paint over tile providing the tile is in good structural condition no cracks etc.(good),or you can also tile over the existing tile again considering the tile is in good shape and sound structurally speaking ie;stuck to the wall or floor good, none missing and not hollow (Better)
So it is really up to you how much sweat do you want to put in it?Not easy tearing it all out and starting over but the best way to go.If you decide to tear it out let us know and we'll be glad to help out
