Connection to carpet?

Just tiled my bathroom. Came out pretty good for my first tileing job ever.
However I am not sure what kind of joint to use to the carpet in the bedroom.
With hardi boards an the thicker tiles I get about 3/4" of height. I would like to use some kind of T-Molding to cover the edge of the tiles and the carpet.
Any suggestions what could be used? I had to cut tiles at the door so I would like to cover this cut with some kind of molding that also provides a nice joint to the carpet.

Thanks
Stefan

There are metals that you can put under the tile to finish this off but you already have the tile in so that is out.You can build the carpey up a alittle at the door with tack strip and then tuck the carpet to that,or get a t bar to sit over the transition and cover the edge of the tile and the edge of the carpet
