tile cutting

One of my hobbies is making stained glass panels. Recently, I've more or less gotten out of it (too many other things to occupy my time- like renovating kitchen). Instructions for cutting ceramic tile seem remarkably similar to cutting glass.

Do you think using my stained glass tools (glass cutter- scores the glass), breaker/grozer pliers (nippers), and running pliers are appropriate for the tile project?

Thanks,
-Stephanie

probably. Buy one tile at Lowes (you can get one for a buck) and try it out. If it looks good enough for you, we won't complain!
