:p Okay, I'm planning on doing my masterbath and need a little objective help. Mostly because I'm tired of arguing with my husband and father. I would like to build a 4x4 neo angle shower. This will have a glass door and glass where it connects to the walls. On the walls and floor I would like to use marble. Is there anything I should be aware of with marble, pros/cons. Would cermanic tile be better? I want to use cement board on the walls, but the men folk say I don't need to use it. Another opinion would be welcomed. The marble will go from the shower to the spa tub, which will have an apron that will be tiled in marble. Also, as the floor will be a bit cold, I would like to heat it. Anyone know of a product I can use for this. This will be my private domain, so I want to do it up right, with no mistakes the first time. And yes, I will be doing most of this work myself, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I recently installed the shower drain for a customer shower pan in my basement. The drain is level with the existing concrete floor. To install the membrane is it possible ti\o lay it on the exisiting concrete or should I lay addtional mud down and slop it towards the drain. If I don't what problems would I run into if any. thanks
