Hardened Adhesive on Ceramic Tile

Pulling old vinyl baseboard off ceramic tile wall left a coal of hardened yellow/brown adhesive. Scraping does little to nothing... Tried some Gum-Out, didn't help the process. Any type/brand of stripper or adhesive remover that will take this off?

What did you use the scrap it? Rubber base adhesive will usually come off with a razor scraper. It has a 4 inch razor blade attached to a handle about a foot long.
