Question Kitchen Remodel (2 part question)

We are in the process of remodeling our kitchen and have everything picked out, except for two of the most important features - the sink and the floor. Wanted some advice on which products to choose. Currently we have a stainless steel sink and we hate it (looks ugly), but am not sure about the acrylic sinks. We are also using granite as the countertop. We know that we don't want hardwood floors or linoleum . Any thoughts?? Thanks in advance!

simba7977,

I moved this thread to here as you leave no other options for flooring.

Hope this helps

If you like the look of hardwood and don't want to worry about the upkeep I'd suggest a laminate flooring. It would probably go good with the granite but typically won't add a lot of value (if you are concerned about resale down the road). Tile always looks nice but can be hard on the back or if you have a kid that takes a fall. Not to mention anything breakable will probably smash when it hits the floor. I still prefer the look of a high quality tile.
