Corners for ceramic tile walls

In a bathroom, what is the best way to handle corners for a ceramic tile wall?Is it best to grout, caulk, or grout and then caulk? Is the answer based on the size of the joint?
TIA,

In all corners caulk should be used in case of seasonal movement or other external conditions. Keep the opening at about 1/8" between the tiles in the corner and force the grout all the way into the crevice. You can usually get caulk made in the same color as the grout to give the wall a more uniform look.

Tileguybob, whay do you mean - "force the grout all the way into the crevice". I thought that you recommend caulk at corners. Do you recommend grout first and then caulk?
