Cleaning grout

I recently purchased a "new" older home. The grout in the bathrooms have a little mold in some spots. In my old home I had the same problem and I tried every cleaner, grout saw and re grout, but the discoloration/mold came back.

Does anyone have a fix that works before I start trying everything all over again?

Thanks

Tenn

Mold is a product of moisture. You could clean the spots and re-seal the grout when dry. If there is moisture in the room though, it will always come back. Do you have exhaust fans in these bathrooms? Thats probably the only way to rid yourself of the problem permanently. I prefer the type that run for a certain length of time rather than when the switch is turned on or off. Good luck.
