removing brick veneers
I have just removed brick veneers that was applied over paneling (used as a heat barrier near woodstove) and am trying to find out how to remove the glue, etc that remained on the paneling. Any ideas?

I've tried so many things to remove all different types of glues and adhesives and always end up going back to sanding it off with a power sander. In my opinion the orbital sander works the best for this kind of situation. Remember to wear a mask because it will create a lot of dust. Also, if you don't have an orbital sander, you can rent one at the Depot for about $25-$30 all day. Hope that helps.
