Deja Vu

Only add latex to an unmodifed grout. Not only will it interfere with the proper hydration of a modifed grout, the excess latex will float to the top and look like you used white paint on your grout, no matter what color it was supposed to be. For stain resistance, choose darker colors for high traffic areas, use a quality sealer, on coutertops, consider an easy to use epoxy such as Spectralock grout. Clean with hot water, occasionally use a ph neutral cleaner. Acidic cleaners will eat at the grout, high alkaline cleaners will eat at the sealer.
How often do I post at one site and see the same question on another board? Probably 2 or 3 times a week, no biggy, with Mozilla Firefox tabbed browsing.
