Not a lot. Sulfamic acid crystals may get the surface layer off, but the grout joints will still be rough and uneven. If it's a small area of tile, you may want to think about removing the tile and starting again.

Grout

Water and a plastic scrub sponge and a lot of elbow grease. IGrout takes 3 days to dry fully and you should still be able to clean it up.
Hopefully you are just talking about grout residue and not the actual piled on grout from applying it.

Thanks, dogman1953.
So, it can be removed without adverse affects?

Will the tile still have that "new" look?

Try soaking a wash cloth (or towel if it's a big area) in vinegar, then apply wet cloth to tile and let sit. I can even get dired thinset off with vinegar and water.
