I would like to know what I can use to smooth and polish granite tile edges after cutting them. I put a new dimond blade on my saw but they seem to have a bit of a rough edge. Thanks for the help.

Not going to happen with a wet saw blade. Unless you want to invest in some expensive stuff, just take the to a tile shop and pay a few bucks. If you want to do it on a regular basis, let me know, but for a diyer on a single project or two, the expense of buying what you need isn't worth it.
