Cremic (gloss finish ) tiles in London- advice urgnet

Bought a new house in UK- London and want to advice on Tiles laying.

I bought cremic tiles to lay in the sitting and dinning room. The floor is already concrete with carpet on it. I called a company to put in the tiles in couple of days. Since i have not seen their work, is it anything I need to keep a check on to ensure work bears a quaility results? -- The tiles I bought are are 20" by 20" wide and 3 mm thick. Floor is conctrete with anti fire sheet plus carpet. I am told the carpet and also anti fire sheets ( as they are soft) needs to be removed and then the people will check if leveling is needed on not. Is this the correct process and any other advice? Thanks, Sam,

The need for references is universal.if they do good work they"ll be excited to get you contact info. your on the verge of a major investment in your new home. Insist... if they resist... be wary. a plane ticket and a couple of pints...i'l' fly right across the pond and fix you up lol good luck any good setter should be able to do quality install over a structurally sound floor system level or not.
