We have cracks in about 6 of our ceramic floor tiles in our dining area - is there any way that they can be fixed without being replaced?

No! If you attempted to fix them, they would look like broken tiles that someone tried to fix. I hope you kept some extra or have access to some. They are not difficult to replace. What caused the cracks? Normally, uneven distribution of thinset under the tiles or a subfloor that flexes would cause breakage. Tile has tremendous compressive strength when on a flat non giving surface but it has almost no tensile or shear strength.
