Tile next to new wall

I recently redid my bathroom putting in new walls and a floor. Now im getting ready to lay ceramic floor tile. The new walls are above the new floor high enough where the tile will lay under it. Is this ok to do or do i need to stop the tile where the the wall would hit the floor?

If you have space to slide the floor tiles under the wall tiles, that's perfectly all right. In fact, it sounds like a neat arrangement to me.
