Grouting with non sanded grout
I am planing to use 18 inch floor tiles for my kitchen. Can I place them next to one another without using spacers and use nonsanded grout. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Unsanded grout is used when the grout joint is 1/8" or less. How close together you put the tile will depend on the precision with which the tiles were made and cut, and also the shape of the tile edging. Too close with irregularities in the tile will be very noticeable. Too close with height variations will give the floor a bumpy feel.
