laminate or the real stuff

laminate or the real stuff
I am going to start a bathroom project in about 5 months so I am trying to get all my planning done. I am trying to decide between regular tile ( which I will be installing for the first time) or laminte tile like Edge from lowes or the dupont version. The laminate carry warranties from 20- 30 years and seem easy to install. The price for 88ft is around 400 verses the 300 for the real stuff. Anyone have experience with the laminate tile? Thanks for the help.

If the bathroom has only a sink and toilet you could get away with the Edge. Use stainless steel hoses to ensure the toilet and sink don't leak over time. Definitely use the real tile if you have a full bath with a shower. Water will seep through the canned Edge grout over time and then you have a problem.
