Porcelain tiles for outside..
I am thinking of installing porcelain tiles on my concrete deck (18'x16'). Tiles i want to install are designed for indoor/outdoor use. I am living in Vancouver, so i am not too concerned about below freezing temperatures, but i have no experience with that type of tiles, and tile installation outside. Any advice, point or suggestion?
Thanks, as always.

Is the deck in good shape, no cracks, sealers or paint on the concrete? If so use a good modified thinset, dont set in direct sunlight as the thinset will dry out too quickly. Also want the night temps to stay above 50. Use a grout that can be mixed with a latex additive, it wont absorb as much moisture and it will be a little stronger. Wipe the deck down with a damp sponge as you go to keep a little moisture in the concrete so it does not draw too much out of the thinset, and dont mix the thinset too wet to compensate, that only weakens the bond.
