marble tiling
i've been doing some light reading on Marble tile installation...it seems identical to laying Ceramic or Porcelain tile except for the type of grout used.
is this accurate? they recommend using Portland non-staining cement. can anyone clarify this?
thanks...appreciate it.

Just use unsanded grout and keep 1/16 to 1/8" joints, usually a color close the tile color will work fine.
Also, just so you know, if over a wood floor, it will have to be almost twice as strong as a floor would have to be for ceramic tile, the joist system that is.
And flat too.
