tile over tile?

I want to tile over an already-tiled bathroom. Can you lay new tiles on top of an existing layer of tiles (both walls, floors)? Any advice about what to use?
Thanks!

Floors, sure. If the existing tiles are in good shape and you don't see any problems with grout cracking or such.
Be aware that you may have issues with floor height and your toilet flange, but generally you can remedy that with an extended flange/wax ring.

Walls are generally recommended to tear off. that would be a lot of weight on the drywall. If in a shower, best to tear down and check for leaks and water damage.

Have fun.
