I need Some Serious Help (Retile shower or install surround?)

I currently have a ceramic tub and tile in the shower....the tile is starting to come lose and water is getting behind the tile....i know it needs to be fixed....i need to know what is going to be the fastest fix....we only have one shower......

should i remove all the tile and retile the shower?

or

should i buy one of those tub and shower inserts?

if i go the insert route..what is involved in the installation of that.

also what can i do in the meantime to fix the loose tile...i thought about just caulking it for now until i have a weekend to do this project.....

another thing..is how do i get rid of the mold and wildew that has set in?

thanks for your help

Those inserts are costly, but tiling can be more, unless you are doing the work, no easy fix here, rip it all out and start over, you can use bleach and mold cleaners to wash the affected areas, then dry them and keep moisture out in the future.

All the work can be done at different times, just get a sheet of plastic, tape it up around and over your work as you go and use the shower, get a curtain rod and cheap shower curtain also, unless changing the tub, now is a good time to change that old shower body.
