Shower leak... who should I call??

My shower in the upstairs master bathroom is leaking from underneath the shower pan. The shower is 12x12" granite tiles with a white heavy duty type material for a shower pan. I recently noticed that the carpet was wet on the far corner of the shower stall when running the shower (away from the shower head). Several months back I noticed that some of the grout was coming loose, so in those areas I cleaned out the grout and put in silicone caulking. I noticed the leaking several months after caulking. I have been struggling on what I should do to get this corrected. Re-caulk? Call a plumber?? A Construction contractor? Any suggestions??? Please help!! Thanks.........

I moved your post because I don't believe it is a plumbing problem. Sounds more like the tile. Good luck.
