Inexpensive tile saw

I'm looking at buying a 7" Q.E.P. tile saw from Lowes for $88. I'll need it to do less than 300 sq. ft. of tile(12" tiles), and that's probably it. I have 4 rooms to do, and really need to break this up into 4 sessions. In the past, I've just rented a saw, but to avoid the cost of rent and running it back and forth from the rental place, I'm considering just buying this cheap one for now. Has anyone used this or comparable saw? Will it get me by?

Thanks,
Greg

If it's rated to cut 12" tile, it should be fine for the job, sell it on E-Bay when done.

The smaller, cheaper 4" saw claims to be able to cut 24" tile. So the 7" should handle a 12" tile.

Ebaying it's a good idea. Thanks!

I have a 4" and everyone I know has borrowed it a few times, some DIYers and some pros have borrowed it for a month or so, still works well
