terrazzo patch

i am a contractor and need some advise on patching 3/4" holes in terrazzo floors, the holes are left from removal of some pews in a church, some are filled with fixall, some are filled with epoxy that does not match

i am going to remove all pews and refinish the floors, 30 years of wax, the cost to grind and polish is $500k so i offered a MUCH less expensive alternative strip, seal, wax wax wax and buff to a hard satin shine, then daily maintneance
there will be some additional holes to patch, all are round anchor holes. cracks are minimal, of no concern

i THINK i can clean holes, use non sanded grout, dye to match color. my question is where do i find marble chips to add to the mixture and IS this a proper repair

i am not impressed with the existing epoxy patches the color is close but there is no depth just a gob of glue that stands out at 100 feet pretty ugly considering it is only1 inch in diameter i know there is a better way

thanks in advance
