Fragmented mixed tile floor?

I am ready to begin tiling my bathroom floor. In preparing the floor I was able to see how much some walls have bowed out, and how nothing is actually on a straight line. Including the vanity, toliet, and the vent cut into the floor.

Wife suggested a floor that would be made up of broken fragments of whatever tile we decide, with this look ok?

I am new to tile so I told her I would have to ask the experts on here.

If not, any other suggestions so that my finished floor doesnt just make these imperfections more noticable?

I would not suggest "broken fragments of tile" for a floor. I think all you are saying here is that the walls are wavy and a straight pattern will make this more obvious. If this is the case, try a diagonal pattern. It'll be less noticeable.
