warm tiles

I am thinking of putting the warm tile brand heated flooring under my kitchen ceramic tiles when I redo my kitchen floors. I am wondering if any one has installed them before and what they think of them. Also wondering if one will re-coop the money spent on it when one sells their home.
Thanks in advance...
mks

Ive installed other mats, but not the warm tile brand, so I cant comment on that particular brand. I can't imagine that this will figure into the price of the house when you sell it. Seems like a minor item when considering the price of a house.

As long as it is installed properly, it wont hurt the price of the house, dont know how much excitement it will generate with prospective buyers. The tile floor itself will be more of a selling point, if done right.
