Bullnose bevel problem - See photos

I am trying to match some five-year-old bullnose for repair. The local shop didn't carry it anymore, and there were no other dealers in the state, so the mfgr. referred me to a distant dealer/distributor. I bought some tile from them. Photo link is below.

1. The new bullnose bevel does not match the old, so I think it would look bad if I did not replace the entire row of bullnose, where I had hoped to just replace the cracked tiles. Your opinion?

2. Also looking at the back pattern the new bullnose looks like it was cut off a larger tile. The dealer told me the mfgr. retooled a while back, but that is how they shipped from the mfgr. Your opinion?

Its possible that they come from the manufacturer that way. I agree that replacing a few pieces of bullnose with different profile wont look good. Consider replacing them all.

I also would not care for the uneven lip that the transition between the different tiles would cause. I know it sux, but if you are going to replace a few, it shouldn't be much harder to do them all, just cost a bit more.
