tile behind microwave?

I'm doing a complete remodel, new cabinets, new solid surface countertop, new over the the range microwave and a new tile backsplash. The question is, do I install the microwave first and tile up to it or tile first up to the cabinet over the microwave and put the microwave on top?

Set the microwave in first then tile up to it leaving a small 1/8" gap which should be filled with a caulk made by the grout manufacturer that is color matched the grout you choose. (By the way, do the same thing with the bottom row of tile that come down to the countertop.)
