Question Preping Floor for Tiling

Sort of flooring/tiling question. Iím redoing my bathroom floor and it is solid concrete underneath. It is in pretty good shape without major cracks. What is the best way to prep it for tiling? Self lever? Primer? It is small, so expense is not an issue. Basically, what would your recommend to get to the thinset stage. I can take it from there.

You say it's in good shape without cracks. If it's clean and fairly flat, you're already there. Minor flatness can be dealt with in the thinset stage of installation.
