Tile under Kitchen Cabinets?

I'm doing a total remodel. Would it be better to tile under the kitchen cabinets and dishwasher or not. I was thinking it would be easier to remove and repair the dishwasher if the tile was under it. Any suggestions?

Either tile under the cabinets or plywood to raise them to the proper height. Definitely tile under the dishwasher, stove and any other appliances.

Tile under dishwasher

I tiled my kitchen a couple of years ago, and cut some half tiles to go under the sides of the dishwasher where the feet/levelers were. Haven't had to pull it out since then, but didn't want to take a chance. Did the same thing with the stove. Moved the fridge and tiled under the whole thing, as it was easier to move. Removed the quarter round for the cabinets left enough room to seal around the tile, then put new quarter round back down.
