Tile meeting wood

I have tile meeting wood floors in several places using a t-molding. I don't thinkg a very good job was done of the t-molding. Too many gaps and not snug with the floor on either side. It may be a very bumpy floor underneath the gaps between the wood and tile. Any suggestions for improving this? I've seen very flat t-molding before but as far as I know that was only for laminate.

Thanks.

Well, if it's bumpy as you said, what did you expect? Maybe it's the wrong T-molding? Remove it and see what's going on.
