closet hardware on floor

I'm going to tile where I have a closet and the hardware consists of a rod that connects to a plate that is around 1"x2" and it is screwed directly to the floor. How would I go about tiling this area? These are byfold doors.

Remove the plate, install the tile, drill holes in the tile and reinstall the plate.

Do as HJ said, but there is no need to fasten the bracket into the floor. Simply reinstall screwing only into the wall.
