Sealing Field Stones ???

I have a three season porch with knotty pine walls and ceiling about 20 yrs old. The floor is flat field stones. The problem is that I get mildew/mold on the knotty pine (especially the ceiling) which I was told is due to moisture coming up through the field stones. Putting in a moisture barrier is not an option. Is there a way to seal the field stones to stop or at least reduce the moisture coming through the field stones? Any products anyone could recommend that might help in this situation?

Sealers are vapor emmissive so they won't solve your problem. Run a dehumidifier in the room to fix that. I'd also check drip edges, your roofing and flashing for any possible leaks
