Rats.... off by 1/4 inch
Having some problems here. I have the Kerdi drain system and went with a 2" tile so it would finish well around the drain. The shower is not square.... just off by an inch or so. On 2 of the walls when I measure out the floor tile comes with about 1/4 inch of the wall tile. I wanted the wall tile to go over top of the floor tile cause the thought of water moving down the wall towards the joint didn't appeal to me. So I have a space to big to caulk and too small to put in another piece of tile. Any suggestions? Thanks. The other 2 walls work out great.

I know you said that the room was not square, but can you change the orientation to say 45 degrees to one wall and see how the pattern lays out? The long axis on the 45 will will make your 2" tile measure out closer to 2.82 inch.
You can also center the tile you have and run a different complimentary 4" tile around the border of the floor.
