put a shine on glazed matte ceramic tiles?

well, i put in glazed matte finish ceramic green tiles (look like outdoor stone) and a matching backsplash.the backsplash looks great but the floor is very dull looking.looked great in the store..so, to give more of a sheen, can i use a outdoor stone sealant(saw 1 at home depot) inside on this?, being matte glazed already?........it is in my kitchen and laundery room and it always looks "dirty"....YIKES!!!!.i would have been better to get a gloss sheen, but i didnt choose that way in the beginning? any ideas on how to give me some shine? thanks soooooooooooooooo much y'all...christina

I've never seen a finish you put on glazed ceramic tile. Glazed ceramic tile have a low absorbtion rate, so any type of coating you put on it, would only be topical and wear off.

I've never put any type of gloss sealer on a ceramic or porcelain in Home Depot. I've only put these on natural stone like travertine, slate, etc.
