Should I regrout my Ceramic Tile Floor

Hi
First time poster here. I am a new homeowner and my master bathroom is white ceramic tile with a white grout. I don't believe the floor was sealed since the grout is nice and brown now. I have tried numerous times to clean this and it still looks bad.

Is it possible to grout over top of what's there and then seal it so it looks fresh or is there a way I can make my tile and grout look new

Thank you

You can try some of this to clean the grout:

or

Dig out all the grout and start fresh. You should not grout over grout, it will not bond properly.

They also make colorants:
