I wrote that after using it but never went back to that thread for an update. I saw the floor just last week and it's as pristine the day it was done.

I still prefer the Accucolor XT from Tec over all else but would use grout boost again if I had to. Fortunately the color pallet of XT is wide enough that most times, a desired color choice can be made from the available colors.

I should also add...

Wow, Johnny, talk about having a steel trap for a mind. I forgot all about that thread, yet 3 1/2 months later you link to it. Very impressed.

Yeah Brian I remembered reading it a while back. Had to search to find it.

Just started using the XT myself. I like it, no real difference in working with it, but nice that it doesnt need to be sealed.

Thumbs up vanhearron sealers-grout once

my guys have tried several of the grout sealers and additives, they tried grout boost and did not like it at all, it was gloopy and hard to work with. we came upon this product called grout once, i was re-doing my half a bath in my own home and thought well i will give it a try- this stuff was great, it was easy to use you mix it with the grout instead of water, i still am amazed every time i clean. i have since used it in my kitchen and entry way and i looooove it!!! my guys have been using it for almost 2 years now and WILL NOT use anything else
