Temperature for exterior grout

I just built a sunroom and due to the windows being the wrong size, have the exterior wrapped in plastic until the new windows arrive. The granite tile is laid and I need to grout the tile. What is the optimal temperature for applying grout, and how long does the grout need to dry at that temperature?

The instructions on the box of grout does not mention temperature and any advice you have is greatly appreciated!

BTW, I'm in the Baltimore, Maryland area.

Thanks!

You want all surfaces to be at 55 degrees or higher at the time of grouting and for 3 days following grouting.

Thanks, Tilebri.

The outside temperature is currently 25 degrees, so it looks like I'll have to wait until spring to get 3 continuous days of 55 degree weather.
