Notch size for 1x1" mosiac tile sheets?

I have a shower tile job that will be using three sizes of tile:

A) 1x1" stone mosiac (in 12x12" sheets) for the floor.
B) 4x4" standard field tiles for the wall.
C) 3x12" bullnose trim tiles.
D) 12x12" tiles cut to size (something like 12x4") for the curb and top of a half wall.

From previous jobs I have the following trowels:

1. 1/4x1/4" sq notch.
2. 1/4x3/8" sq notch.
3. 1/2x1/2" sq notch.

Question 1:
What do I need for the 1x1" mosaic? I am making the assumption that I should get a 3/16 x 5/32 v notch.

Question 2:
Since all the other tiles will have at least one dimension

1. All depends on how thick the 1x1's are. Many stone mosaics tend to be the same thickness as larger tiles so they can be used together. If so, the V notch you suggested may be too small.

2. I don't understand what the tiles being of multiples of 4" has to do with trowel selection. If they're all the same thickness with similar textured backs, 1/4x1/4 may be OK. Set a few then remove an check for mortar transfer. Keep the 1/4x3/8x1/4 handy, I lean towards that one.

3. Depends where the old mortar is. Cut the notched clean with a knife, or, new tools are nice.
