backerboard

I put on thinset and backerboard on the floor. Unfortunately, I forgot to screw it in and the thinset is now dry. Can I screw it in now, or do I have to start over?

Welcome to the forums! Wow, I've never heard of anyone doing that. I doubt, very seriously, you have a flat surface. At least one that will accept tile. I would remove all the cbu, scrape up the thinset and start over (with new cbu of course). Now, others may have different opinions, so wait on their response. They may have heard of it happening.
