Old Ceramic Tile
We have very old ceramic tile in our kitchen and dining area. It is about 400 sq ft.
The tile is 4x8 rectangles, but was installed by an amateur. They are not even, the grout is not even, they are hard to walk on etc.
What would be the best way to cover this or remove it.
Thanks

No really easy way to cover this.
Is this on a concrete slab or over a wood framed floor? Do you know exactly what the layers are underneath the tile? Perhaps if it was done by an amatuer, if may come up easy.
