Of the tiling I have done this is pretty common. I recommend snapping some lines rather then using spacers to keep things running straight. You grout will hid much of the imperfections.

"SALE" IT'S LIKE MAGIC RIGHT?

You bought some cheap tile. Everything, including tiles, are sold for what they're worth.

Make the grout line wide.

Unless the tile is rectified, it'll vary some in size. It's funny how the cheap "ON SALE" tile will vary a little more in size than most others.

Do as TI said, grid the floor, don't try to use spacers or it'll be a mess. As Jaz said, a wider grout joint will make it a little less noticeable.

Don't skimp on the installation. Make sure that your floor is suitable for ceramic tile (not all floors are). Make sure you use the proper underlayments, thinsets, grout etc and follow manufacturers instructions to a T. If you aren't sure of something, come back and ask.
