Grout width?
I am planning to do a 120 sq ft kitchen with 20x20 porcelain tile, and I am uncertain about the grout width to use. I bought 3/16" spacers, but now I am wondering if that is too narrow for the size of the tile. Seems like the majority of installations I look at are 1/4"
Is there a rule of thumb for grout width?

No real rule of thumb. What ever you like is what you should use. If it were me, I would prolly use the 1/4" spacers.
