Bathroom tile cracked by toilet?

Tile was ok for months, then developed two cracked tiles. Cracks seem to start by the area of the bolts on the toilet. Before I take the toilet and tile out, I appreciate any ideas why the cracks happened and best ways to fix.

Thanks.......always get great advice here

The commode may have been over tightened, cracking the tile. A small crack [maybe on the underside] wouldn't necessarily be noticed at first but over a period of time and with use would grow.

Another scenario would be a leak into the supporting wood below the commode causing a weak spot, OR a rough in plumber cutting a support joist when initially installing the toilet. No one corrected it, flooring was laid, commode installed.
