How much flex can I have in my floor and not crack my tile?

I posted a similar question a week or so ago but now i have a new problem. As i was finishing my subfloor I noticed that there is a little flex in it when my father in law stands on it (he weights about 210 ish) not much just maybe 1/8 of an inch or so and it seems to be the joist actually moving and causing the ply to flex a little. It is in the areas where I did not laminate new 2x6's to the existing joists. Do I need to tear up the floor and do this again or is that little bit not going to crack my tile once I put a good cement board down?

You should NOT have started a new thread since this is about the same project. If people do not see the other thread they will not know what you've done already.

So will you post this to the end of the other and maybe the moderator will erase this thread.

The tile will crack. The cement board will not stop the deflection the only option is to make the floor stronger.
