Drilling tile

First time using porcelain tile. I have carbide tipped masonry and glass bits but they won't touch the porcelain. What's the best bit for drilling screw holes and cutting larger openings for the shower head and diverter.

Diamond hole saw. Bought one today at big orange. It and the guide ran under $10. It won't be pretty, but let the bit do the work and keep it all wet with a spray bottle. Sometimes moving your tongue to the other side of your mouth and squinting helps . No cussin' however!!
